When you email our staff, sign up to be notified of our events or submit a request via the Contact page, we collect and use the personal information you provide solely for the purpose of replying to your specific request. If you ask to be added to our mailing list, we will occasionally email you updates about our conferences and events. Your information will never be shared or sold with anyone else. If you would like to be removed from the mailing list, you may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.

If you register to attend one of our conferences, you will be asked to provide personal contact information like your name, email address, company name, job title and phone number. We use this type of information to communicate with you about the conference and to better understand the overall audience demographics. In addition, you will be asked to provide credit card or payment information so we can process your registration.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY:
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our site is structured to attract anyone under 13.
